- Business information (business name, Google Business Profile data, review data)
- Payment information (processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store card details)
- Communications you send to us (support requests, feedback)
We also automatically collect certain information when you visit our platform, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Analyze Google Business Profile reviews for policy violations
- Generate reputation audit reports and Rep Score calculations
- Send transactional emails (invoices, status updates, review requests)
- Process payments and manage your account
- Send marketing communications (with your consent, and you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Respond to your requests and provide customer support
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:
- Service providers — Email delivery (Resend), hosting (Cloudflare), payment processing (Stripe)
- Google — We access publicly available Google Business Profile and review data through Google's APIs
- Legal requirements — When required by law, regulation, or legal process

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure password hashing (bcrypt), HMAC-signed tokens for sensitive operations, and role-based access controls. Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global network infrastructure.

We send transactional emails related to your account and services. Marketing emails require your explicit consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can manage your email preferences in your account settings or unsubscribe at any time.
