2. Description of Service

RepuShield provides reputation management services for businesses with Google Business Profiles, including:

• Automated detection of policy-violating Google reviews
• Reputation audit reports with violation analysis
• Rep Score calculation and monitoring
• Review removal request management and dispute filing
• Review Booster campaigns for soliciting legitimate customer reviews
• Client portal for tracking removal progress
• Email campaign management for outreach

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

Review removal is not guaranteed. RepuShield identifies reviews that likely violate Google's policies and assists in filing removal requests. However, Google makes the final decision on whether to remove a review. We cannot guarantee any specific removal outcome.

Our review analysis uses automated detection algorithms. While designed to be accurate, false positives and false negatives may occur. Tier classifications (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) represent our confidence level in removal likelihood, not a guarantee.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to remove legitimate, honest customer reviews
• Submit false or misleading information in dispute requests
• Use the Service to harass, intimidate, or retaliate against reviewers
• Attempt to manipulate or game Google's review systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service
• Use the email system to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

6. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is determined by our dynamic pricing engine based on business category, review volume, and urgency. All prices are quoted before service begins. Payment is due as specified on your invoice. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a review we flagged as Tier 1 (high confidence) is not removed by Google within 90 days of dispute submission, you may request a partial refund for that specific review.

7. Reseller Terms

Reseller accounts may provide RepuShield services to their own clients at their own pricing. Resellers are responsible for their client relationships and must ensure their clients comply with these Terms. RepuShield is not liable for disputes between resellers and their clients.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and content, is owned by RepuShield. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Audit reports generated for your business are licensed to you for your business use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

RepuShield is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
